Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using SupportDock (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SupportDock is operated by its founders (“we”, “us”, “our”). We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
2. Description of Service
SupportDock is a SaaS platform that allows app developers to create and publish public support pages for their mobile and web applications. These pages are accessible atsupportdock.io/[username]/[app-slug]and are designed to satisfy App Store and Google Play support page requirements.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
- Each user may only have one account. Duplicate accounts may be removed.
- Usernames must be URL-safe, lowercase, and must not impersonate other individuals or organisations. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames that violate this policy.
4. Free and Pro Plans
SupportDock offers a Free plan (up to 2 apps) and a paid Pro plan (unlimited apps, additional templates and features). Plan limits are enforced at the server level.
We reserve the right to change plan pricing and features with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price changes take effect.
5. Payments and Billing
Pro subscriptions are processed via Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period.
- You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain Pro access until then.
- Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SupportDock to:
- Publish false, misleading, or fraudulent support pages.
- Impersonate any other developer, company, or product.
- Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content through your support pages.
- Scrape, crawl, or abuse the platform's APIs or infrastructure.
- Circumvent any access controls or subscription limits.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
7. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you submit to SupportDock, including app names, descriptions, FAQs, privacy policies, and icons. By publishing content on SupportDock, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display that content as part of providing the Service.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
8. Public Pages
Published support pages are publicly accessible by anyone with the URL. Do not include sensitive personal data in your app descriptions, FAQ answers, or privacy policy content fields.
9. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your apps and public pages will be removed. We may retain anonymised usage data for analytics purposes.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, at our sole discretion.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SupportDock and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SupportDock operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
