Enter your domain
Go to your app dashboard and type your domain (e.g. support.myapp.com). SupportDock registers it with our hosting provider.
Add a DNS record
Add a CNAME record in your DNS provider pointing your domain to cname.vercel-dns.com. This usually takes a few minutes to propagate.
Automatic verification
Click "Check verification" in your dashboard. Once DNS propagates, your domain is verified and SSL is provisioned automatically.
You’re live
Your support page, privacy policy, and terms of use are now served on your custom domain. SEO metadata and canonical URLs update automatically.

For a subdomain like support.myapp.com, add this record in your DNS provider:

DNS changes typically propagate within a few minutes, but can take up to 48 hours depending on your provider. Once propagated, SupportDock verifies and provisions SSL automatically.
