Our story

The idea

As indie developers ourselves, we were tired of creating separate support pages, privacy policies, and FAQ pages for every app we shipped. We built SupportDock to solve our own problem.

Support pages

We launched with app support pages, privacy policy hosting, FAQ sections, and developer portfolios — everything you need for App Store and Google Play compliance.

Feedback & notifications

We added a contact form, email notifications, Slack/Discord webhooks, Telegram integration, and GitHub Issues — so developers can hear from their users without leaving the tools they already use.

Revenue tracking

Apple, Google Play, Stripe, Paddle, and RevenueCat revenue data in one dashboard. No CSV imports — direct API integration with daily automated sync.

Developer API & SDKs

A remote feedback API with official JavaScript and PHP SDKs, so mobile apps can submit feedback with screenshots directly from within the app.

What SupportDock is not

  • Not a helpdesk. We don't do ticket queues, agent seats, or SLA timers. If you need Zendesk, use Zendesk.
  • Not a page builder. We give you polished, opinionated templates — not a drag-and-drop canvas.
  • Not a CRM. We route feedback to your existing tools (email, Telegram, GitHub, Slack). We don't try to replace them.
  • Not a website builder. SupportDock creates support pages, privacy policies, and developer profiles — not marketing sites.
