Can I use SupportDock for free?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever and includes up to 2 apps with fully functional public support pages, 2 templates, and 2 animated backgrounds. No credit card required.
What happens when I reach the 2-app limit?
You'll see an upgrade prompt in your dashboard. Your existing apps and pages remain fully active — you just can't add a third one until you upgrade to Pro.
What page templates are available?
Free users can choose from 2 templates (Slate dark glass and Minimal light). Pro users unlock 10 templates including Aurora, Terminal CRT, Synthwave Neon, Matrix, Ocean, Sunset, Forest, Paper, and Midnight.
What are animated backgrounds?
Animated backgrounds are independent layers that sit behind your page design — floating orbs, northern lights aurora, twinkling starfield, retrowave perspective grid, CRT scanlines, matrix code rain, and more. They are separate from templates so you can mix and match.
What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Monthly billing is $9/month, charged every month. Annual billing is $90/year (equivalent to $7.50/month), charged once per year — saving you 17% compared to monthly. You can switch between plans from your account settings.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your billing period, then revert to the Free plan. Annual subscribers keep access until the end of the paid year.
