Overview

SupportDock subscriptions are billed through Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. This means Paddle handles payment processing, tax collection, and refund processing on our behalf.

We want you to be satisfied with your subscription. This policy outlines when refunds are available.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you upgrade to the Pro plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.

No questions asked. Simply contact us within 7 days of your first charge.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@supportdock.io with your account email and the subject line “Refund Request”. We will process your refund within 5 business days.

Subscription Renewals

SupportDock Pro subscriptions renew automatically each billing period. We do not offer refunds for renewal charges if you have continued to use the Service during that period.

To avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date from your account settings.

Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. After cancellation:

  • Your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation.
  • Your account will revert to the Free plan at the end of the period.
  • Your apps and data are preserved — only Pro-only features become restricted.

Exceptions

Refunds may not be available in the following cases:

  • More than 7 days have passed since the charge you are requesting a refund for.
  • Your account has been terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
  • The refund request is for a charge more than 30 days old.

We evaluate exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. If you believe your situation warrants a refund outside these guidelines, please reach out — we are a small team and we care about being fair.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card provider without first contacting us, we may suspend your account pending resolution. We strongly encourage you to contact us first — we are happy to resolve issues directly and quickly.
