Your credentials are encrypted

All API keys and secrets are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage. SupportDock never stores plain-text credentials.

RevenueCat vs direct Apple/Google

If you use RevenueCat to manage your in-app subscriptions, you only need to connect RevenueCat — it already aggregates data from both App Store and Google Play. No need to also connect Apple and Google separately.

After connecting

  • Revenue data is pulled automatically every day
  • Transactions are deduplicated — no double-counting
  • All amounts are normalized to USD for unified reporting
