Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Lingot and its subscription services. By using Lingot, you agree to these Terms.

1. Subscription Terms

1.1 Plans and Pricing

Lingot offers auto-renewable subscription plans. Current pricing is displayed in the app before purchase. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.

1.2 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID (App Store) or Google Play account
  • Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

1.3 Free Trials

If offered, free trial periods automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

1.4 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings:

  • iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
  • Android: Google Play Store → Subscriptions

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to subscription features until the end of your paid period.

1.5 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) according to their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Lingot for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions or payment systems
  • Share your subscription credentials with third parties

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Lingot are owned by the developer and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Lingot is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Lingot.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Lingot after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the app.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is established.
